yeah tons of fun to me. simulation games are my favorite!

i am huge on SS2 and SS3, but for 4 my computer is uncapable of running smoothly... supposedly (historically) pacific US submarines fair way better than U-boats as the Japanese had way worse anti-sub techs (so US skippers had those crazy kill records...).

well this game gets kinda difficult sometimes. just when against a convoy with a lot of destroyers. tons of fun though. love this game

well ya, game must be challenging to make it fun. like there is a Shinkasen (Japanese high speed rail) simulation game called Densha De Go, it is easier when you tune *up* realism as more and more things are taken over by automatic controls (as in real life)... lol kinna off topic.

yeah I find these sim games get SO hard when put on realistic mode. really takes a lot of training to get used to. of course...today almost everything IS automated : P

ahh seem they have improved the game a lot since the III. =)

it's a little better. little more...challenging.
