haha, the Captain is probably on his break, personally, I haven't flown in a 767 yet, but maybe it wasn't a heavy crew (of4) and the Captain didn't want to go and kick it back in his bunk. Interesting video though.

They are both pilots... The one on the left, the captain, is alot more experienced than the first officer. The first officer is sharing what he knows, i'm sure the captain would correct him if he were wrong.
