What about Debbie Verhei? I believe she was the one who helped Hans and Pam debut the Shiska-box (my own term of convenience for the flamning spikes trick) on Jay Leno's TONIGHT SHOW.

Debby is one of is own Diva's of Magic. Katja (this lady) helped him for a Tv program in the Netherlands..
