You might think a jag could make short work of a pig, but a peccary ain't no farm pig. It has tusks and a bite from hell. One good chomp on that cat in the right place would be curtains. Still, I think the cat was young and experienced. Cats do kill peccaries... it's just happens to be a high risk endeavor.
