Deus Ex - Main Title & Intro Sequence Music

Video Title : Deus Ex - Main Title & Intro Sequence Music
Description : I threw in some screenshots courtesy of Visual Walkthroughs. http://www.visualwalkthroughs.com/deusex/deusex.htm Deus Ex (2000) was widely praised for its melodious and ambient music which incorporates a number of genres, such as classical, jazz, and techno. The soundtrack of Deus Ex was extolled by critics for aptly complementing the gritty and haunting atmosphere predominant throughout the game. All listed tracks were composed by Alexander Brandon, Dan Gardopee, Michiel van den Bos and Reeves Gabrels. A compact disc of the Deus Ex soundtrack was only included in the "Game of the Year" edition and is not available for separate purchase, but all tracks are readily available on the internet. Originally only thirty tracks were included with the re-release, with tracks thirty-one through forty-one considered as extras. During play, the music will change to a different iteration of the current song based on the player's actions. For instance, this usually occurs when the player starts a conversation, engages in combat, or transitions to the next level.

the people that made the first are making the third game, they say its a remake, kinda, only with legendary technolody. since DX2 wasnt made by the people making DX1 and DX3 the game DX3 has (plz plz plz ) has to be better than the first. i hope. because if it is, then it will be the best in the world for centuries lol

i bought it for .15 cents. lol.

If people sell that cheap, they don't know much about business. This game is really worth time, unless your copy is completely scratched, i won't believe you.

the first game - it was an original, i just copied it. have 3 copies just in case. the second, i bought it for 5 ghruvni, thats about like 15 c. lol.

dude people need to make money. they make HUGE factories that produce pirate copies of different games in russia, even make the covers for the games. then sell them ANYWHERE exept in amerika. Old ladies sell you brand new pirate versions,on the street, half price, and its ALL legal in most countries in Europa. those pirate versions are really good quality, not like the ones found on the web. ( because the originals dont even make it into Europe. And i havent found DX1 or 2 in America yet)

this game was made a long time ago. it was YEARS ahead of its time.

It definately had some great touches, but the AI in Half Life 1 was better as enemy troops would give supporting cover fire and Half Life 1 came out before Deus Ex. The AI in Unreal Tournament 1998 was also better despite that having a similar engine. Dont get me wrong though, I liked Deus Ex a lot.

Not to be picky, but you cant compare Deus Ex to Half Life :/ Half Life is a brilliantly made, highly polished FPS, where as Deus Ex is one of the most ambitious yet buggy RPG/FPS games ever. And enemy AI is only a very small part of a game, though yes its very weak in Deus Ex.

Doesn't Deus Ex use the Half Life engine?

no, its the unreal engine.
