twelve is too young to start the weights mate because the your body is still developing,you will damage yourself by lifting heavy weights,especially your bones and it can even stunt your growth,too much pressure on your bones and joints at your age wont do any favours,stop worrying about kcals too,a growing lad will need more than 300 kcals in a meal.stay active and worry about the weights later.

Once a month? Nahh. It all depends. If your an older guy then maybe once a month but I'm 23 so I work my back with my chest every monday. It's fast and you get the craziest pump. You'll love the feeling of being twice as big. I sure do. I also pair tris bis together likes hes doin, with shoulders as well on their own day. Twice the work with half the time. Intense. Highly recommended.

hi, im 12 years old and im training my biseps only and i use to not eat stuff that have more then 300kal and i do train 5days in a week 4hours per day, but why cant i se any results!?

Wait a min! Your twelve! When I was your age, I was only doing push-ups and sit-ups. That's all you need right now. Leave the weights alone until you turn at least 15. Do a few hundred push-ups a day and you'll be just fine. Trust me.

It depends on your current physical state and the intensity of your workout. Try giving yourself a good 3 month and then ask people who know you if they see change.
