me and bout 20 other air cadets went up and camped we got a few pics of it through the railings and met the piolots but it was a wash out
the reason they canceled is that the carparks were grass and would get 2 muddy

I was at the airfield in Fairford this weekend, but since the show was cancelled I didn't get to see her fly. It would have made my entire weekend worth it.

Such a shame about the deluge that wiped out RIAT. However, Flying Legends at Duxford went ahead and there was a capacity crowd and fine weather at this superb show of famous aircraft. The Vulcan would have certainly made some heads turn if it had flown over Duxford instead! It is a legend in its own right.

I got to see a Vulcan back in 1979 at RAF Bentwaters (I was in USAF stationed there)...One of the best looking airplanes ever made. My hats off to the Britts! Flew great too!

every nationality loves to diss england for thier aircraft beat this 100% beuty then
i wish aircraft to this day still had a camo finish looks so so much nicer
its a very good possibility we will se her in her glory just type xh558 vulcan in google and click the top 1 and it will tell you all the info on her progress
