i agree this game was the shit when it first come out, i stoped playin few monthes after 3d came out, tried it afew years later an didnt feel like the same game. i used to play a thief before but a thief now a days cant do shit coz all items are insured ffs !

The graphics doesn't stand up to todays standard, but I will say that the gameplay Ultima Online represented is far the greatest I've ever experienced. A game you actually can call yourself free in. And it has much more to offer than games like World of Warcraft or any other similar MMORPG. It's a pity that no game developer base their games upon UO consept that was a winner at it's time.

your should look up darkfall and be amazed they based alot of it on UO and took alot of other concepts that no one else has done before

Already waiting for Darkfall like crazy. ^^
