Suberb! Steve McQueen in a role I never knew anything about. Are these Alfred Hitchcock episodes available a la DVD?

This was the best episode of "Alfred Hitchcock Presents", in my opinion. It had all the hallmarks of Hitchcock: suspenseful situations, quirky characters, a little humor and a surprising climax.

John Huston played the part (Lorre's) in a movie
or a TV drama. Does anyone remember which and
is it available for internet viewing. I don't
remember which "ending" Huston's version had.
