you should do judo too
their both good in their own rite... just depends ...like tea...some teas are meant to calm u down..some are to revitalize you...some are to give u energy..it all depends on wat u wanna do in application..their is no such thing as the "best" martial arts...judo is meant for throws that require little ease..taht is why its call'd "gentle way" or something like that...and greco focuses on throws and submissios and pins

my dad use to do judo!!!
the one you like doing more is better.
Which is better Judo or Greco Wrestling?
Well Judo can't be spelled Jido, that much is true. XD
This reminds me of all those "Ninjutsu/Ninjitsu" discussions. People should try to understand one thing: The japanese language works alot with sound. Translating perfectly from japanese characters to the traditional western alphabet, is quite difficult. In the case of some sounds, such as the one found in "Nin*yu*tsu" or something, it's not sure how it should be written in Romanji. Same thing for most other martial arts. =D

Judo has actually just as much "play" on the floor as it has when standing. Aside the several throws and grapples there's an imense amount of armbars, chokes and submission holds. There's even different chokes depending on whether you wish to block the air from reaching the lungs or blocking the blood from reaching the head.
Jiu Jitsu is known for it's moves on the floor, which causes alot of people to forget that Judo is essencialy divided in two halves: The standing part and the floor part.
