I say Washington because he kept us out of war for the time being with you all and France until 1812 (he was dead by then) Lincoln,not only because of the Liberation of Slaves and his abolition,but because he handeled the Civil War Crisis very well... and lastly Lyndon Baynes Johnson because of the work he did after the Assassination of John F. Kennedy (he's #4 because he kept us out of war with the Union of Solviet Socialist Republics) The Civil Rights Acts and whatnot...WHATS YOURS?

Washington and Lincoln are WAAAAY overrated. Lincoln wasn't a fan of blacks, he helped abolish slavery for political purposes. Washington... great commander, don't realy know what good he did as PRESIDENT.

Washington kept the newly founded United States out of war with Great Britain and France right after we won our revolution... I agree about Lincoln...it was to keep the country intact though...it was a bad habit (to say the least about slavery) Both though were excelent Politicians
