Interesting that you say that. What about the Whiskey Rebellion, South Carolina Nullification Crisis, Civil War Secession, Civil Rights in the 1900s, and Guantanamo Bay WoW torture camps. Except from the Guantanamo case, all cases here are from past days. Western world has developed a bit since 1800's...
