Wow, this was a great video! Daemon is one of the best cartoon villains ever, especially due to the Christian subtext. 5/5 and favorited
Actually to the point, Little Enzo started the events that allowed Hex to fight Daemon. Little Enzo cured Matrix, Big Enzo, from Daemon's infection, Matrix cured Hex, Hex held Daemon at bay while Matrix cured the other mainframers. Together, they discovered that Hex, by sacrificing herself, could cure the enitre net of Daemon's infection.
good fuckin song too.
I dunno how the atheist/christianity thing came up but I personally believe no matter which side you pick, they're both beliefs only. It takes just as much to believe in God as to not believe in one. "Believe what you want to believe"
Anyways nice vid but I agree with the person below me. Its an eerie/creepy song but it fits her perfectly.
the soloist doesn't come in till around 2:30. you could've started the music there and then cut out the ugly yellow words, imo. 2:30 sec choir intro...that's a little strange for this piece, not to mention the endless rubato on a baroque piece. other than that the song is beautiful : )
good song choice, weird performance. :P daemon is creepy O o
But what is Christianity to you, americanmishigander? Are you sure Daemon is just imitating it, or could she actually represent it? Don't get me wrong, I'm not an atheist, and I get what you're saying. But on a philosophical note, what if religion itself is the "virus"? Do you think we'd know it if we were the ones "infected"? ...Just a thought.
when you used to have an apple, and then u eat it, u have to explain to someone else how the apple is gone, right?
people think that with religion and atheism, as if religion is something you HAVE, beginning with nothing
i think it's the other way around, that a religious orientation, id est a connection with the supernatural is the original state of form, and that atheists have to explain to the religious where their apple went
I'm not sure I follow you, aerokpc. Are you saying that we are all born with a connection to the supernatural, and that atheists have lost touch with it?...
I wasn't talking about genuine religious experiences. My last comment was more about organized religions; how some people believe things they are told about God, and never question the validity of the source.
You have grasped my point, but I must admit it is a difficult concept, far beyond me.
As for organized religions, the truly religious will always question their faith. But not as a means to weaken their faith, but to ask questions, attempt to find answers, and thereby strengthen their belief in God. Think about it, do you think, if God actually exists, such a being would be so simple as to be understood by us? It'll be ridiculous if someone knew God 100%. Then that person really doesn't know.
