i am 16 years and have bin vaulting fore 2,5 year now. my best result is 13,8 is that god? i am the best 16 year in Norway

This is a cool video :) I vaulted for the first time as a freshman this season on the girls jv and got 8'. I guess its okay :P

My 8th grade year i got 11 on a 12 ft. 110 Spirit. Pole vault is the best!

they should do extreme pole jumpimg like over buildings over smal briges,shit like that

I did pretty well my years. my coach said iw as too small for it but i tried it anyway. i wrestled before hand so i was around 112 at the time an i used a 120 13foot pole and i got 11'6 my first year taking league and winning a few tourneys. my junior year i weighed about the same use the same pole didnt improve much but got 12'6 and my senior year i was at 125 using a 155 spirit, i got up to 14 early season but i didnt warm up for a meet and tore a tendon in my leg. make sure you warm up
