i am acutely aware of you wrote what i am trying to say is that Theodore Roosevelt is the youngest american president even if he was not elected he still became president, upon the assassination and death of McKinley, and Jack Kennedy is the youngest elected, so still T.R is considered the youngest even if he was not elected(though he was 4 years later)

You got it all wrong. While Theodore Roosevelt was the youngest to serve, John F. Kennedy was the youngest elected. Roosevelt was younger than Kennedy by a year but he wasn't elected because he just became president right after McKinley died. Kennedy was acutally elected.
