Challenger 2.0 - World's 1st Test of Dodge's New Muscle Car

That is the Challenger Drag Package car and it did have one of the stock engines. It also was not launched hard if you saw the video. It is roughly 1,000lbs lighter than the street car and you can get a 6.1L HEMI, 5.7L HEMI, or 5.9L V8. In the hands of a racer that will tweak the setup and lauch the car hard it will be in the 10s all day long.

they made a challenger that was stripped down and it ran 11's but i think it had motor from mopar not the stock one

I think the only problem with the car is the size. I mean 4,100 lbs for a modern car and it's not a suv? Still makes me wonder though what you could do to the performance numbers with some weight reduction.

ur sti? specs aside this is a american legend have to be crazy to prefer a import over this at least say ud rather stick to your mustang or hell even camaro. at least they got meaning and history behind them.

So just how does it compare to a 300C SRT8?

Good question, I know the 300C SRT8 has some amazing handling for It's size but I believe this challenger would blow it away.
