Hyundai Genesis Driving Footage

I just came back from the dealer. It's amazing how the real sticker price is also so much higher than you're led to believe from the media and press relreases. The V6 with the $4k premium package was $42k - so chances are the V8 will be around $48k. Not quite the deal I was hoping for. It's a beautiful car in my opinion - pictures and videos don't do it justice. I wish I could afford one - maybe in another year or so.

I just saw it in person yesterday also. Impressive automobile, jaw-dropping MSRP sticker price....at that price I'd might as well walk over to the Infinity dealer next door and get an M35x.....

I don't understand the might as well logic. The Infiniti M35x although a fine car is not offering a V8 375hpw engine and a sound system used only by Rolls Royce. All that without trying to hit you up for thousands more for a different badge.

theres 2 versions of the car. a RWD v8 4.7L engine. its Hp and TQ is similar to a ferrari and a v6 3.8L 290 HP luxury car about in the low $30000 or high $20000. The v8 is suppose to be $38000. Like those other luxury cars with "future tech" things on it.

OMG!! Jota, I couldnt say it better!!! Thanks Thanks. Finally, someone with sense and the words I was looking for!!. For the God Sake, all Hyundais have 5 stars in safety, major designes comes from Hyundai at California Facilities, and they still offer what is an option in other brands as Standar, in every model. Hyundai was a car manufacturer with all the problems that HONDA, TOYOTA, NISSAN and all other brands suffered once at their beginins, now they improved and make competitive cars.

I don't know why the majority of the ignorant people in America believe that hyundai's have bad qualities. They USED to have bad qualities, but they have developed at an incredible rate. Last time I checked, Hyundai vehicles were worth more than GM models (excluding new CTS, mustang, etc). Im not a hater, I love shelby mustangs and the new cts, but seriously, you guys need to stop blaming everything on koreans. REMEMBER, THE HEAD OF DESIGNS IS IN CALIFORNIA, USA.

and have you somewhere within that thick brain (if you have one), realize the fact that similarity to another brand is actually an effective business strategy? also, have you thought about the fact that they parted away from the concept due to cost? if they kept the exact design from the concept, and sold it at a 'cheap' price, it would result in an event called failure.

Funny, the americans who complain about designs should really lay off the criticisms to koreans because the main influence and concepts are from..........the design center in California, USA!!! yay. Let them ramble on. Its always the ones with an ego and a mild case of ignorance that complains. If you want design changes so badly, why don't you actually major in design, get a great, amazing job, and get hired, and revolutionize? oh i forgot, all you do is complain....whine whine whine...
