what was up with the little girl stacking? was that explained? did i miss that within the clip?

Wasn't really explained, we just assume she's smart (like the kids from project Christmas) like Sydney because she was able to do it too when she was little.

It's supposed to symbolize she's gonna be a spy like Syd.

The fact that she can build it indicates (as its called an indicator) that she has a level of 3-dimensional reasoning and brainpower that's very advanced, like her mother. So yes, she could be a spy. But the fact that she knocks it down in favour of a walk with her family show its more likely she'll put her talents to less destructive uses. That's kind of the point of the episode - Sydney gives up almost everything for the next generation.

Is episode 17 the final of the season? Or why is the final scene in here?

Sark is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He makes the show much more interesting.
