I applaud you for your attention to this issue. It is really a window to the new direction Ethiopian primary education is heading. I heard about Plasma TV w/in schools but I had no idea how extensively they were used. Did you find plasma tv utilized more in one area than others? and what kind of improvements would you suggest to make the utilization of plasma TV more effective?

catch up with the technology, don't be pesmistic.

My friend, the problem is not "catching up with technology," we all want Ethiopia to catch up with technology, but the problem is that the plasma technology fails to address the needs of the majority of students who have GREAT difficulties listening, reading, speaking, and writing the English language. The govt has spent close to $50 million USD on these machines. The students deserve getting a better education than staring at those screens confusedly. Surprising, u think this video's negative!
