use units that can see infiltrated units like Tau Pathfinders, Space Marine Skull Probes, Chaos Space Marine Commanders, Ork Commanders and Heavy Mek Boys (or something like that), Imperial Guard Command Building Special Abillity, etc...

The Eldar Seer Council and the leaders of the Guardian Squads can see infiltrated units. And for the Necrons you can use Wraiths or your Necron Lord with an ability that you can choose in one of the Necron Buildings (I think the ability is something with "Library" in it...) I hope I helped you out a bit ;)
