i dont get it? what did you do?

he replaced the startup image and animation files or just change the path to your own images on the registry. i did the same thing. the files you replace are ms_screen.png and ms_splash.png.

I have a lot of stuff on it that's why it takes so long to load.

that took too long to load up, if you get a up to date phone you can do that with a sounda swell without even hacking it, you're allowed to add a picture and sound on your start-up, or create a theme.

Why does the startup take sooo long?

No, the "hack" is editing the registry on the device to change the startup animation and pictures.
