The Stranglers' "Goodbye Toulouse" by Straighten Out

great guitar solo, and the tone, nice. What amp did you use for this song? I'd like to add also, it must be nice to have a keyboard player that knows these tunes and gets that sound. It's hard enough to find just a regular keybordist, hehe.

The amp was a little Marshall valvestate, but the tone comes purely from the Telecaster treated with a bit of crunch. As for the keyboard player, one in a million doesn't do him justice. :-)

most guitarists would kill to get that tone out of a tube amp. Nice, very nice.....

Been in a few bands over the years wi Bob. He has a certain finesse for nailing the EXACT guitar sound for any song or artist! But must say his forte is Stranglers, think he must've shown Cornwell how to play.These guys will be awesome,sooner see em than the Stranglers (never the same since Cornwells departure)All the best lads.Jep.
