hey cheers dude, ive been using like 15kq per arm doing like 50 reps per arm morning and then night i think i should do 10s or 12s :/ thanks for the advice

I usually do about 8-10 reps with a little heavier weight than i'm used to. I cheat if I need it on those last few, but I make sure my negatives are very slow and that I'm staying in good form, and it's been pretty good so far. Why 15? That seems a bit much, I wouldn't really suggest anybody to do more than 12 unless they were really trying to tone up. Can someone please explain?

im 4 and i do 105 ponds each arm.and 150 reps each . this guy is a n00b.

i'm 3 and i just learned how to write, but before thaht i've done 120ponds each arm 100 reps each, so STOP TALKING NONSENSE YOU JERKS :D

heavy ass weight for 10 reps 3 sets. you'll get huge in no time.

yeah i kno im jus sayin that im sure he can do more and u should do as much as u can to get the muscles faster..
