no there is not Demons with them, its not HOMM4. Necropolis is independent like it always was. the Spectral Dragon was summoned by the Human Hero.

To be honest, I thought this trailer wasn't very good, at least not good enough for the game it promotes. I remember when I first saw it, I found it almost hilarious how the demon keeps dodging the Angel's sword
