Which song did they sing? |
is Ben crying at 10.40 ?
it sounds so beautiful, i would cry too =' )
this album is amazing |
LOVE a capella. LOVE this album. |
would like to have sen more complete songs but it still sounds great... I love acappella stuff (maybe because I was in choir?) |
my audio's not good, at 9:40, what exactly is he telling the group? |
xD xD "I'm recording with Ben folds..." just made my day!! :D |
too bad University of Chicago isnt in this documentary, they were the best ones. |
The album is a thing of the gods! Just got it over in Louisville, it is a definete must-have!! |
bbbut... but money... |
Yes . . .you must... |
Looking for this album as soon as possible!!! |
Well, I'll give the Newtones that for not taking the CD version literally, though it's still not "out there" like I was expecting. (Perhaps because my own arrangements are borderline insane? ;-) ). |
some of them are significantly different from the original arrangement, especially evaporated. |
I must own this!!! |
I've actually heard a lot of really awesome female groups with women who can hit tenor and bass range. Perhaps the full songs would showcase that better. |
Personally, I would have rather had some creative arrangements, and not only vocal transcriptions trying to sound exactly like the CD version, but hey, I'm not the one making the CD ;-). |
why isnt there anything on this about the ohio university leading tones?! one of the best groups on the record! |
i just loved this. |
Is it me or did the male and coed groups sound a lot better than the female ones? Female a cappella groups just seem to suffer from the reduced range. |
The editor must be on crack... or he doesn't know how to normalize audio. I was turning it up and down the whole time! |
love this cd |
did i hear someone mention julia nunes? 2:32 hahahaha love her |
I got the CD and I really do feel that you get the "You Are There" perspective. |
so, why the mistake, you think? i mean that is odd that it would be made since ben folds went to unc, right? and uncg is down the road. mmmm, i wonder. |
a few inaccuracies ...
the Loreleis are from UNC Chapel Hill,
the Spartones are from UNC Greensboro. |
