He was the leader he couldn't get kicked out. Henry and d'lo just attacked him and one thing lead to another.

Faarooq was the leader of NoD, that didn't stop The Rock from kicking him out. The Rock and The Godfather was kicked out, Owen Hart just left. That's how The Nation ended.

Henry and D'lo attacked the rock and godfather which created a feud between these people, so the nation just disbanded. I wouldn't say rock and godfather were kicked out.
