Worst Web Host Experiance ever

I've used hostgator for about 4 years now and never had a problem, support has been good and haven't needed them much.

I have an account with hostgator and I have not had a single problem with them....ever.

Im the owner of hostgator and would like to clarify things. His account was 100% spamming. Someone logged into his mail with his username and password and spammed 10k's of emails resulting in the server being blacklisted at many places. We told him he was suspended due to spam. We attempted numerous times to work with him in figuring out how they got his password which was most likely either from a trojaned computer or an exploitable script on his site. He wasn't interested in working with us.

I have a reseller account under hostgator and Im damn happy but ready to move up ASAP just because I can't run a web hosting company forever under another company as a reseller the cost to profit is just to low. None the less hostgator dose not do retarded stuff as this guy says, or else they wouldn't be such high rated!

so is interesting if i host at you u will look at my mails.... u should have not mention that aspect i think ;) Why did you not put him on separate DNS and IP account and let him fight spam problem alone? I think problem is that he had 37000 indexed pages and u did an overselling and was not convenient to have such big data transfer on your server.

I guess you get what you pay for, if you site is a business site or a site you use for income, DONT HOST at Budget websites like hostgator, You will be sorry.

You think it sucks being having em host your company, i know some one who WORKS for them, and its HELL on them!! =/

That sucks, man. I'm frustrated just from watching this video. I can't imagine how angry I'd be if I were in your position.
