ferrets - they didn't say they HAD 2 ferrets, they said that cage is a good size for 2 ferrets. She's a rescue and takes in ferrets (Morning Star, eh?). I own 5 guys, can't wait till I get a Ferret Nation cage this summer. Been wanting one forever.
Intact males do not fight. The only time you could have a possible disagreement is during mating season. In which you can separate but even then mine never fought. My males and females all live together until mating season in which the girls are separated. Although I have now had 3 of my boys done. Males smell majorly when they are season. Ferrets have their own odour but smell bad if they are not cleaned out frequently.
