No. A lot of Black/Death Metal bands use Corpse Paint...Behemoth is one well known example (Though they used to be black metal...but many black and death bands are interconnected). Besides, If you notice a lot of the shout outs in the show are to black metal bands (Burzum, Marduk, "Grishnak", Mayhem, Dimmu Borgir...the list goes on). I think they are trying to combine these two glorious genres into the show.
