The portrait itself was housed at Whitehall Palace and was subsequently destroyed when a fire broke out there in 1698 during the reign of William III. A section of the cartoon of this portrait still remains and is housed in the National Portrait Gallery in London: http://www.tate.org.uk/britain/exhibitions/holbein/images/works/holbein_henry7and8_s.jpg It depicts the sketch of Henry VIII and Henry VII and gives us some impression of how impressive the painting was.
