Apparently its a guy in a suit (the whole time) with something like 100 remote controled bits to make the facial expressions. It cost em a fortune.

It sure must've. It's a great costume though; I wonder what they did with it afterwards. Maybe they only hired it, cuz for one advert, it would seem like a real waste. Anyway, that's a great advert, but I wonder if it actually generated any profit for Cadbury.
