My god, I bet the 1500 could barely move with all that weight. My old man had a Carlton 2200 - much better!
Funny how the commercial looks and sounds like Japanese car commericals of the same vintage...
Daewoo also built rebadged Honda Legends at some point
Actually it looks a split double of the Opel Rekord (which the VB-VL series Commodore was based off) of that time...
Wow, it looks like Korean has its version commonodore, but do they have persmission to copy this model?
Yes, Daewoo have always been linked to GM... Actually in the 1970s Daewoo were building Toranas (badged as "Chevrolet 1700") - including a 'Torana' variant Australia never had - a WAGON.
1500??? If that denotes the engine size, it would be an incredibly small engine for use with that bodyshell!!!
Yeah especially when Holden had a 5L V8 in there's
it is bud there called opel rekord originally same as vb actully
Great video! With a few minor alterations, this car is a MK2 Vauxhall Carlton/Opel Record - I have a 1986 Carlton - now a rare breed. Another case of Daewoo using old GM designs.
