it worked for me but i want my fav 5 app back do you knw how to restore that. i tried restoring factory settings i did it but the app did not come back. what can i do?

In terms of getting the fave 5 app back, I can't help you as I'm not sure..but you still have you're fave 5 and can manage them online. Basically, if you call somebody who is on your fave 5 you still get your unlimited minutes. Hope this helped..

for everyone that is having that scan error deal, if your phone is on the charger take it off before trying this, thats what i did and it fixed the problem
