Why not a pool?

Because it has no salt and I can't stay on the top. I go to the bottom within seconds !You know, salt keeps you up.

Oh, o.k. See, I think once I learn to swim I will probably feel more comfortable in a pool first because I know there aren't any waves that can drag me away.

Don't worry ! I don't know how to say this in english but If you were these things on your feet that look like a duck's feet (hope you understood) you can't go down even if you want to. I wear these so I'm fine and I swim. You see, we have thousands of coasts here in Greece so I swim wherever we go on vacations.

You don't know how to swim ? Well, I kind of go down, touch the bottom, but I sort of swim when I'm in shoal waters ... who cares ?

No my dear friend, I don't know how to swim. I LOOOVE the ocean but I can't swim...go figure! I'm going to learn though.
