Its not illegal, if over a certain age and the student is not in the 1st year. It is gross misconduct and would result in the lecturere being fired and having a very bad record when it comes to getting another teaching job

It sorts of gets worse, Beth's dad molested both Beth and her sister Rachel, which is why Beth and her mother Mandy killed him(burying him under the patio), and Peter Harrison the guy Beth was trying to convince herself she was straight with turned out to have a previous conviction for rape!
