I WANT ONE!!

They look like Quarker parrots

Monk Parakeets are gorgeous. There is a flock at Hamonassett Beach in CT, I saw. Unfortunatly you can't catch or own them here (I would love one!). They are from S. America and can live up here because their nests are well insulated and can live in mountains with similiar weather as New England. I did a massive research paper on them if anyone needs to know anything about them I'd be glad to help you. They nest on electric poles and tend to cause fires making electric companies angry though.

Get them inside before they die!

lol I used to have a parakeet that escaped from someone's house. (maybe) so our best freinds found him but couldn't keep him so they gave him to us. we put up found parakeet signs everywhere and no one claimed him. so we kept him for about a year and then we had to give him away to my aunt that also has a parakeet. Both of these birds were becoming lonely and when we gave "wallace the parakeet" to my aunt, they both became happy again.
