Holy shit, I was obsessed with this cartoon when I was a kid. I had totally forgotten it but watching this again was like remembering what it was like to be four. Thank you for posting it.

This cartoon nicely rebuts the protests against the Caspar live-action movie by the estate of the creator, who claimed that he had never intended Caspar or the other ghosts to be portrayed as the spirits of the dead. According to them, the ghosts in Caspar were supposed to be, well, just ghosts, sort of like how the witches on Bewitched were just witches (presumably a subspecies of humanity) and not human women practicing Wicca or other occult witchcraft.
