yes it does use a launch control pad. And it isn't 430 hp it is 485 with 430 lb ft. of torque.

hand built engines hold tighter tolerances, so hp variation from engine to engine is not noticeable

Every GTR engine is differnt, Some make more power then others. One group tested a GTR and found it made 508 Bhp. So you can only quote what the factory says. It may not be accurate though
