I'm jelous of you veryveryvery....... It's usually too dificult to preorder and to get the tickets to Ghibli Museum. Did you have a fun? Next time to Tokyo,You should go to Koganei Park near Mitaka,where you'll find the many model buildings of "Sen-to-Chihiro". In Koganei is Studio-Ghibli Office,too. And Around Seiseki-Sakuragaoka (on the Keio line),you may be able to the Scenary of "Mimi-wo-Sumaseba". That work reproduces the 90's Scenery　of the town very very minutely, it is outrageous.
