well depends. did you put your 360 in the best conditions possible or just leave it it a crappy place while you played video games?

I absolutel love my zune 80gb, but I've hated the zune software since the beginning, and this is the last straw! After I downloaded the new updates about 3 weeks ago, my computer shuts down the zune software as soon as I connect my 80gb. I called tech support 3 times for a total of 1.5 hours and no1 could solve this problem. Why cant we use MICROSOFT Windows Media Player to sync?!?! it makes no sense!!!

Ouch, sorry to hear you're having such trouble with it. Try this: uninstall the Zune software, reboot, Google for something called Unzoone, run that, reboot, then go to the Zune Web site and download the 3.0 version, and try a fresh install. I've installed the 3.0 software on five different computers and have had zero problems, so it's got to be something with your PC...

Sounds like defective hardware, and there's nothing I can do about that. Time to call Zune tech support at 1-877-438-9863.

Did she have you hard reset the Zune to restore it back to the original firmware? If that didn't work, then you have a defective Zune, and they should have replaced it for you (if it was still under warranty...which it would have to be since it's a Zune 80).
