Just a (slightly crap) clip of me out cycling.
My Mum did the filming, she isn't too good with the camera! Just got a briefing on how to use the thing before we left. I don't think she did too bad =p
Hadn't warmed up, only went out for 5mins to get some shots to see how my position looks on the bike.
Unfortunately, I don't own a turbo trainer, so just have to try and set up by getting clips of the road.
BACK TO THE POINT:
I think my hips have a bit of movement left in them.
I could def be lower too, but not to sure how to achieve this!
Should I move saddle back, heighten it, move aerobars or simply just shift my body somehow?
All tips greatly received!
(again, don't dis the speed, I was only out the door!)

yea dude your a bit to high there...
drop down where your stem attaches to the stearer tube, it looks like it's as high as it will go right now. Just remove stem and spacers, put stem on first, then spacers on top. If your stem is angled you may be able to flip it over to achieve a lower handle bar position
or a longer stem if you don't want to get a new bike - you look quite upright.
