Bugs Bunny isn't a stinker, he's an asshole!
actually Bugs represents the quitessential American spirit with the bronx-brooklyn accent and the texas expression of "what's up doc?'. actually Bugs may act like a tough guy but has a heart of gold, it is only when he is put upon that he strikes back and wins in the end mostly.

yes bugs. you are a stinker.
Tweety pulled a similar routine on "Catstello" in Clampett's "A Tale Of Two Kitties" (1942), right down to the "Wan out of piddies!" line.
And on Eddie Valiant (Bob Hoskins) in Who Framed Roger Rabbit? as well.
Oh yeah! the scene where Tweety Bird said the same line thebigwalbowski!
