Dell is one of the best companies when it comes to customer service. Holy shit, for repair, THEY came to MY house. NOW THAT is service. Fucking Compaq wires me to fucking people halfway around the world and they don't help at all.

good for repair.. but sometimes I think they could do a better job with the computers they make. Sorry compaq, I don't speak indian. I just traded in my Lemon Compaq for another one. I was on tech support in india for a long time. Went thru 4 chargers and one display, and 1 cd tray, and 2 laptop lid hinges. Thanks, HP/Compaq!
