Idiot Flesh - Area 51 - 03 - Blue Head

This is pretty cool. Probably classified as progressive rock. 1st time I hear about the band.

Does anyone have any idea what the blue head actually is?

I might have just thought of something: didn't one of the band members used to wear a giant blue head on stage? Or did one of them paint their face blue? I wish we had more live pictures and videos.

very cool. They did most of this album at Burning Man in '96 - and backed Charming Hostess. Amazing band. Rock against Rock!

I miss these guys. The bands they've been in since are all good, but nothing like Idiot Flesh was. Unreal.

Idiot flesh are masters in creating albums that frankly result in extreme and immature experimentation, if rated in their complex... but some of their songs can't still be reached by common mortals for their high-quality composition and style. This is an example. Great band!
