Well the saying actually goes " you can have all the power in the world but its not going to do you any good if you cant put it to the ground with lots of traction ."

Problem is.. you can have all the power in the world, but its not going to do you any good if you cant put it to the wheels tisk tisk, mercedes makes awesome engines i have to say they have allways made the most reliable and powerfull engines. But if you watch top gears comparison between the BMW m3 and this car, yes this one will totally own it in the straightaways, but when it comes to any corners, its handling is sub-par.. Wich is why BMW takes the lead in my book, but this engine is awesome

Yeah and when the conditions aren't perfect both cars suck, I'll take an Audi RS4. :)

the best BMW has to offer is the M6 which is still not as good as man AMGs of Mercedes not mentioning the SLR. Mercedes rules.

i thinks mercedes rules, and it´s because bhp. I hav drive a lot of cars, i am a dealer and i can tell you that Mercedes is history, safety, over ingeniering...
