Anybody have any idea why Dylan would place the "Eye of Horus" as a back drop for his live shows?

bob has been singing about jesus for a very long time even before his gospel records so for all of you who like to make judgements shut up already leave the man alone. he himself has said that he laid down the law with those 3 albums who ever does not want to follow the law thats there choice he said what he had to say. his albums to this day are still very spiritual and are filled with bible verses you just got to listen with your heart. love you bob

another great album was "between shot and saved" look for it on ebay, lots of great songs that were not released.

Bob is saved, its not religion that matters its a relationship with God thru Jesus. When God calls you your called and cant be un-called?

He has been a Christian since 78...that would be 30 years ago...Bob is still a believer in Christ...as his comments throughout the last 30 years would indicate and his songs that he still performs... Check out the article at the secular Jewish magazine, Jewsweek, for a fascinating account of Dylan's spiritual journey....it is clear that he remains a follower of Christ! And btw...it was 3 overt Christian albums...Shot of Love was mainly Christian.

Only Bob and GOD know the true state of Dylan's soul- and his religious convictions. Nevertheless, this is an amazing song.

tooclassy, No, I am NOT ignoring anything. I am NOT claiming to know Bob's spiritual convictions. I don't know if he is a Christian or not- and neither do you. That was the whole point of my comment that you obviously missed.
