Special AKA - Free Nelson Mandela [totp2]

Excellent song! Excellent performance too from the AKA band. I was honoured to have been one of the 46,000 people to have been able to attend Hyde Park on June 27th 2008 and wish Nelson Mandela happy birthday - even though his birthday isn't until 18th July............

Mandela's 90th birthday has reminded me of one of my favourite songs of all times. It's as good today as it was over 20 years ago!! The Specials were fantastic anyway but this song topped all!!

Well its his birthday this week. I remeber that in the UK in 80's/90's, every sigle student union building was called 'Nelson Mandela House', just goes to show what can happen. Now then, not many "Robert Mugabe House" accreditations are there!
