If Bloomberg challenged the term limits rule to run in '09 he would win hands down. With the current budget gaps that NY faces on both a state and city level NY needs him more than ever.

Bloomberg is rich because NYC is poor. He is crushing the city, the gaps exist because of him, he is the worst thing to happen to NYC.

The budget gaps exist because of Pataki. He was warned by Joe Bruno in the State Senate of a shortfall that would lead to a statewide fiscal crisis. Pataki chose to ignore the warning because he was up for reelection that year and didn't want to raise taxes and cut services. The current crisis is a result of that inaction.

Isn't this the guy who as the mayor of the city of New York illegally jailed 1200 peaceful demonstrators for the duration of the 2004 Bush terror alerts Republican National Convention?

Well, Kim Clement(same prophet that prophesied Katrina, 911, GW Bush election/re-election, pakistan earthquake before they happened) prophesied back in 2000 that after Bush there would be a black President and that Bloomberg will be his Vice President and will become President after Obama...so...face reality dude.

Seems plausible. Nixon had Vice President Agnew, who was ousted by an engineered 'scandal'. Once out, Ford (with the unique distinction of having never won a national election) took his place. Once in position, Ford took office when Nixon was engineered out of office. Who did Ford name as Vice President? Nelson Rockefeller.

Isn't Bloomberg the man responsible for accepting Bush administration funds for military "Torch Teams" to patrol the NY subway system with huge MP5 submachine guns and attack dogs during this election year? -illegally jailed more than 1200 peaceful demonstrators and held them for the duration of the 2004 Republican convention? -lied about his political reasons for denying Central Park permits to anti-war groups prior to the convention? etc.
