Animal Aid Horse Slaughter In Britain

in a perfect world every being born would come to the end of its life peacefully and painlessly. Lets face reality people, life ending is rarly painless or peacefull. If a horse dies of colic or breaks a leg and is euthanized, they will suffer much more than what you saw here. I live in the U.S.A. and watch some videos of how slaughter is done here, much worse. Before euthanasia was created, this was the fairest end an animal could hope for. Lets get real people.

This made me want to throw up! I have seen plenty of slaughter videos before but not like this... I can't believe that hapens here in Britain! I am SO angry about this and SO upset. It'd disgraceful the way they are treated, I can't stop crying right now... :'(

this is sad but being shot in the head is quick and painless, much better than other ways horses die.

If you think this is bad - then you live a sheltered closed minded life. Horses die, it is a part of nature. The deaths seen here is BY FAR much more humane than nature. Think about that for a second. How would these horses die in nature? Even euthanisia shots are not much more humane than what we see here. Much better to use the meat from a horse then to let it rot in the ground, taking up space for no good. At least let the horse meat feed somthing. Too bad in the US we can't

i prefer Britains way of slaughtering cos the horses feel less pain than those asian horrible ways!
