Thats not even close to being right, it doesn't share a thing with the Blazer, if you said Colorado you'd be less wrong, but you'd still be pretty wrong.

I'd like one. fuel costs would be an issue for me. I'll keep dreaming I guess. Im not bashing the Hummers, I really like them.

I'm in the same boat; I want one and have also considered a Jeep JK, but my big concern is gas prices [might hit $4 by Summer]. All the vehicles that get good gas mileage are mundane in my opinion; I like all the gas guzzlers: Dodge Challenger, Cadillac, Ford F-250 ....

It also comes in the five cylindar motor version. It will get good gas milage, and still have more power than it really needs

On road, I've heard the inline 5 is slow. But, it will get better gas mileage you are correct.

The inline 5 is fine; the only reason to go with the V8 is if you need to tow. Even with the 5-cylinder you can re-gear for larger than 33s, though I don't see any reason to put larger than a 33" tire on this thing with leveling of the front [torsion bars cranked]
